Gruyere style, smooth, complexity of flavors. Naturally sweet & mellow, hint of nuttiness.

Redneck Cheddar
Cheddar curds bathed in dark beer. Creamy and mild. Flavors of malt sweetness and buttered toast.

Crème Brûlée Pecans
Produced in San Saba, Texas at Oliver Pecan Company. Orchard fresh pecans are roasted and then coated with just the right amount of special Crème Brûlée glaze.

Sea Salt Sourdough Crackers
These handmade crackers are cold fermented to develop a complex flavor profile. The use of seasonal wheat makes for a unique cracker experience every time. The Sourdough Project is committed to supporting local farmers, sourcing our stone-ground heirloom wheat flour from Barton Springs Mill in Dripping Springs TX. 

Peppermint Bark
Crafted in Hico, Texas at Wiseman House Chocolates. Real candy canes crushed into Belgian White Chocolate on a super thin layer of Dark Chocolate.
