Dublin Karst - A Veldhuizen signature. Aged 3-4 months. Mild, buttery, semi-soft, gravity-pressed for smooth, open texture.

Garlic Pepper Havarti - Our Spring seasonal! This is a soft and mild Havarti, great for melting or snacking. Garlic flavor with a hint of Black Pepper. 

Huizen Kaas - Our take on a Dutch cheese. Soft and creamy with notes of butterscotch, honey, and caramel.

Jalapeño Cheddar - Jalapeño & Habañero are added to this creamy cheddar. Great pepper flavor throughout with a touch of heat at the end.

Texas Gold - A creamy, medium sharp cheddar, with golden color from our grass fed cows.
