Paragon - A Veldhuizen signature. Paragon means 'model of excellence'. Semi-hard with unique slightly tangy flavor.

Smoked Paprika Havarti - Fall seasonal. Soft, creamy Havarti beautifully marbled with oak smoked paprika. 

Huizen Kaas - Our take on a Dutch cheese. Soft and creamy with notes of butterscotch, honey and caramel.

Jalapeño Cheddar - Jalapeño & Habañero are added to this creamy cheddar. Great pepper flavor throughout with a touch of heat at the end.

Texas Gold - A creamy, medium sharp cheddar, with golden color from our grass fed cows.
