Redneck Cheddar - Curds bathed in dark stout. Medium sharp. Flavors of malty sweetness and buttered toast.

Jalapeno Cheddar - Jalapeño & Habañero are added to this creamy cheddar. Great pepper flavor throughout with a touch of heat at the end.

Ol' Redneck Cheddar - Our beer bathed cheddar that is then cave aged for 3+ years. Sharp, rich, melt in your mouth with notes of caramel. 

Beef Jerky - Made from high-quality cuts of beef and slow-smoked to perfection, this jerky has a delicious, smoky flavor. Made by GI Jerky.
