Another of our own creations, this cheese is a smooth Cheddar/Swiss mix. Texas Star is aged 3-4 months.

"The Texas Star is one of the most versatile cheeses we use. It blends beautifully with other cheeses, while still retaining it's individual character. Think deluxe macaroni and cheese. There is such an authenticity to this - and all the Veldhuizen's cheeses - you know with your first taste, you've got something really special."
