Description:

We couldn’t call ourselves Texans if we didn’t include peppers!  Jalapenos are added to the cheddar curd for our Jalapeno Cheddar. The result is a cheese with great pepper flavor, with just a little heat on the finish. Jalapeno Cheddar is aged for 6-9 months.
