A Veldhuizen Signature Cheese
Our famous Blue cheese has a rich and mellow flavor – most like a Stilton – and a beautiful golden color with well spread blue veining throughout. It has a creamy, yet crumbly texture and a basket weave outer rind. Excellent for crumbling over salads, or as a dessert cheese served with Port wine.
Our Bosque Blue is part of the Slow Foods Raw Milk Presidium, an honor reserved to just 32 producers.
Bosque Blue is aged 5-6 months in its own special aging cave, to keep the flavors true and crisp.
