Our infamous heat will be here soon and while it’s great for creating tan lines and growing plump tomatoes, it’s not so great for shipping cheese. Melted cheese adds a nice touch to your recipes, but it’s a different effect altogether when sitting in a big box on your porch. To beat the heat, we are taking a summer vacation from shipping cheese. We’ll resume online orders again in the fall when more reasonable temperatures return.
You can still get cheese at the shop all summer long.
And should you encounter a cheese emergency, go ahead and give us a call at (254) 968-3098. Weather permitting,we may be able to sneak a batch of your favorite cheeses past Mr. Sun’s watchful eye.
