Our first annual Family Farm Day was great – about 300 people arrived from all across Texas. A group of college kids ventured in from Abilene, a smattering of folk arrived from North Texas, and one visitor even came all the way from Odessa. (more…)

We crafted this building ourselves out of papercrete!  It’s an alternative building method where you take recycled paper, mix it with water to make a pulp, then add Portland cement. We poured the resulting slurry into a five inch form (more…)
